The clear terms

The short version: shop products are instant digital downloads. Because you get the files straight away, all sales are final and no refunds are given once a file has been downloaded.
Bundles come with a White-label licence: you may rebrand the finished product and sell it to your own customers. You may not resell the licence or resale rights, or the editable source files as they are.
The Digital Business Launch System comes with a Personal-use licence: it is for your own use and business only. You may not share, resell or redistribute it.
1. Who you're buying from
These terms apply to digital products and done-for-you services sold on this website by AG & UG Studio ("I", "me"). You can reach me at aguglaunchstudio@gmail.com.
2. What you're buying
- Shop products are digital products (for example PDF guides, workbooks, planners, trackers and templates, plus editable files or template links where the product is meant to be rebranded). Nothing physical is posted to you.
- Prices are shown in US dollars ($) on the website and on the Stripe checkout page. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; I never see your card details.
- Each bundle lists what's included. Please read it before you buy.
3. Instant access and delivery
Right after payment, you're taken to a download page where you can download your files immediately. If you have any trouble downloading, email me and I'll send the files to you.
4. All sales are final: no refunds once downloaded
Because these are digital downloads that you can access straight away, all sales are final and no refunds are given once a file has been downloaded.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal: by completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to immediate access to the digital content, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is made available to you, in line with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).
5. If something is wrong with your file
If a file is faulty, incomplete, won't open, or isn't what was described, email aguglaunchstudio@gmail.com and I'll fix it or send you a working copy as quickly as I can. This doesn't affect your legal rights when digital content is faulty or not as described.
6. Licence terms
Every product is sold with one of three licences. Shop bundles come with the White-label licence unless the product says otherwise. All licences are non-exclusive and non-transferable.

With every licence, including White-label, you may not:
- resell, share, transfer or sublicense the licence or any resale rights. Your customers get a personal-use product, not the right to resell it;
- sell, share or give away the editable source files (for example Canva template links, Google Docs/Sheets or design files) as they are, or offer them as templates for other sellers to resell;
- sell or give away the product unchanged as a "template pack" or bundle for other sellers;
- upload the files to free download sites, file-sharing groups or marketplaces as freebies;
- register my original designs as your own copyright or trademark, or use them in misleading or unlawful content.
Template products: where a white-label product is itself a template (for example a Canva template), you may sell your rebranded version to end customers for their own personal use, but not with resale rights.
Marketplaces: you're responsible for following the rules of the platforms you sell on. Etsy, for example, asks sellers to sell items they designed themselves, so personalise the product properly before you list it.
Your claims: if you sell a white-label product, you're responsible for how you describe and market it to your customers, including not making income or health claims you can't support.
7. Done-for-you projects
If I build a product, store or website for you, what's included, the price, the timeline and the payment terms are agreed with you in writing in your quote before any work starts. Starting prices on the website are guides only. Once your project is finished and fully paid for, you own the finished product made for you. Third-party costs (for example platform subscriptions, domains, fonts or apps) are yours unless your quote says otherwise.
8. No income or results guarantee
My products and services are designed to save you time. They don't guarantee sales, income or any particular result. Fitness and wellness products are general information, not medical advice. Contract and legal templates are templates, not legal advice.

App and brand names mentioned in products are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe them.
